September has arrived and the British summer has finally
decided to make a brief appearance...So out with the halter-neck summer
dress. I do rather like halter-necks... but I'm quite sure that when Mr.
Halter designed his famous neck, he did so without too much consideration
for the humble tranny...Let's just say, it complicates things a little!!!
